Before we leave...

• Retire (Karilyn on 04-Apr, Michael on 05-Apr) (tick);
• Book flights and hotels (tick):
• We leave on 20-Apr-2019 (Easter Saturday):
• Wellington - Auckland - Singapore - Munich.
• Return on 23-Oct-2019:
• Munich - London - Singapore - Auckland - Wellington (you might ask why fly west, in order to fly east... because it was cheaper!).
• Book rental car for travel from Munich to Isny (to do);
• Arrange Travel and Medical insurance (tick);
• Arrange a servant for Oli (and someone to look after the house) (tick);
• Complete motorhome training in Pokeno (tick);
• Say many goodbyes... (ongoing).

Picking up our "Tiny House"

We pickup our Dethleffs Esprit 88 from McRent in Isny im Allgäu on 25-Apr and will return it to the same location on Thursday 17-Oct, 175 days later.

Isny im Allgäu is a town in south-eastern Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is part of the district of Ravensburg, in the western, Württembergish part of the Allgäu region, and is at 704m elevation.

On the way from Munich to Isny we will pick up a couple of electric bikes that (we hope) will have been delivered to Wolfgang's parents home in Illertissen, south west of Munich, and at some nearby Ikea - everything else that we think we will need to fit out our new home away from home.
